Replacement genuine heat exchanger designed specifically for the Innovita Primo 11 instantaneous gas water heater. Replaces the damaged, corroded, scaled or leaking heat exchanger on your primo 11 model of instantaneous gas water heater. Designed specifically for use as a replacement part in the primo 11 model. Does not fit the Primo 6 model of instantaneous gas water heater.
Common Problems This Part Fixes
Hot water temperature or output is reduced - scale builds up inside the heat exchanger or internal Corrosion of the heat exchanger results in less efficient heat transfer which typically shows itself through either reduced water temperature, or an inability to get maximum flow out of the unit, especially in those that have very high levels of minerals present in their water (hard water).
Leaking water from the body of the heat exchanger - once there is a leak proven to be coming from within the heat exchanger body due to Corrosion pinhole(s), or failing joints, it must be replaced.
Flue products show soot and/or discoloration indicating a combustion blockage exists - Debris or scale build-up within the heat exchanger passageways may create restricted airways for combustion which affects how well the burner operates and how much flue product is produced.
Visible signs of damage to the heat exchanger upon service check - Corrosion, scale bridge formation, or mechanical damage visible upon inspection.
