Add Bluetooth LPG level monitoring to your Gaslow and AluGas cylinders with the Wave kit. The sensor just slots into Multi-Valve and sends level data straight to your smartphone via Bluetooth through the Rotarex DIMES app. You get a live level display, set low-level alerts to two levels, a consumption graph, and even a refill prediction. Pairing is easy, either by PIN or QR code. You don't need an internet connection to see the current level – just the cloud to get the graphs. You'll need one kit per cylinder - so if you've got a twin system thats going to be 2 kits. And sadly, it wont work with the Gaslow Remote Solenoid
How It Actually Works
The Hall sensor just slips into the Multi-Valve on your Gaslow, and it reads the little mechanical float inside that drives your existing level gauge.
The WAVE transmitter box plugs into that sensor and sends all the data to your phone via Bluetooth.
First, download the Rotarex DIMES app from the App Store on your iPhone or Google Play on your Android.
Then you just pair the app to the transmitter on the back of the module - using the special PIN code - or just scan the QR code on the instructions.
You can then check the level in real time, set your own warning levels, and even get a graph of how much gas you're using and when you next need a refill all from your phone.
