The Anton Sprint Pro 5 is for engineers who need to measure nitrogen oxides (NO and NOx) alongside the standard combustion gases. NOx measurement is increasingly relevant for boiler types and combustion systems where nitrogen oxide emissions are a regulatory or performance concern, and the dedicated NO sensor gives that reading in the same flue gas analysis session as CO, O₂ and the calculated values.
Everything else works the same as the rest of the Sprint Pro range: built-in pressure testing for let-by and tightness checks, gas leak detection via the included Anton Gas Pro Detector with LED searchlight, Bluetooth connectivity to the Anton Sprint Mobile app, and BS 7967 CO sweep and room safety reporting. CO₂ is still calculated rather than directly measured on the Pro 5 — if direct ambient CO₂ measurement is needed as well as NOx, the sensor can be added as a future upgrade, or you can step up to the Pro 6.
Double water-stop technology gives robust condensate protection, and the housing is made from the same material used in motorcycle crash helmets. It's BSI independently tested to EN 50379-1:2012 and EN 50379-3:2012, suitable for BS 7967 and BS 8494 use, and hydrogen blend ready.
