This is the replacement filter pack for the Anton Sprint Pro flue gas analyser range — a pack of 4, containing two 1-micron PTFE filters and two dust filters. Together they protect the analyser's internal pump and gas sensors from fine particulate, dust and water contamination.
Two types of filter sit inside the probe assembly of a Sprint Pro analyser: a dust filter for coarser debris, and a PTFE filter that stops the fine particles and moisture droplets that get through the first stage from reaching the pump and sensors. When either filter becomes clogged or saturated, sensor accuracy drops and pump wear increases. Replacing these filters at regular service intervals — or when readings start drifting or pump performance reduces — is the most cost-effective maintenance step for an analyser, far cheaper than a pump or sensor repair.
This pack gives two replacements of each filter type, so spares are on hand without waiting for another order. It's compatible with the Sprint Pro 1 through Pro 6, but not with the Sprint eVo or Sprint V models.
