The Testo 750-3 is the top-of-range model in the Testo 750 two-pole voltage tester family, adding an LC display to the capabilities of the 750-2. Alongside the all-round LED bars that show voltage in steps, the LC display shows the exact numeric reading — for example "236V" rather than just the 230V LED step lighting up — which is useful when a precise reading matters, such as checking a supply is within tolerance or diagnosing a voltage drop.
Everything else matches the 750-2: voltage testing from 12V to 690V AC/DC, continuity testing up to 500kΩ, rotating magnetic field testing from 100V to 690V AC for three-phase motor rotation direction, single-pole voltage testing for quick socket checks, and an RCD trigger function that applies a 35mA load with vibrating buttons to prevent accidental triggering. As with single-pole testing on the rest of the range, it's not suitable for confirming a circuit is de-energised — two-pole testing is required for that.
