Testo 327-1 - The All-Rounder for Flue Gas Analysis
The Testo 327-1 is a combustion analysis tool built for heating engineers, plumbers and HVAC technicians carrying out commissioning, servicing and safety checks on heating systems. It measures oxygen, carbon monoxide, temperature and flue draught, and calculates carbon dioxide, combustion efficiency and flue gas loss — covering gas, oil, LPG and biomass appliances from one instrument. It's ready to give stable readings within around 30 seconds.
The display is a clear 4-line screen with a bright LED backlight, keeping results legible even in poor lighting. The housing is built for daily field use, with an ergonomic design and shock-proof elastomeric protection to handle the knocks of regular site work.
This Advanced Kit adds a Testo infrared printer, a pressure hose connection kit and a differential temperature kit with two pipe clamp probes to the standard analyser and flue probe — giving on-site printed documentation and flow/return temperature measurement without buying accessories separately. Tightness and let-by tests can also be carried out using the included pressure hose connection kit.
The analyser works with the full Testo 330 probe range via a quick-connect interface, includes an integrated condensate trap, and is independently tested to EN 50379 and certified to BS 7967, with automatic pump protection to guard the CO measuring cell against over-range damage.
