The Testo 300LL NOx Kit with Printer is the top-of-range instrument in the Testo 300 series, with a factory-fitted NO sensor measuring up to 3,000ppm alongside the standard O2 and H2-compensated CO sensor, which can measure up to 30,000ppm thanks to an automatic dilution system.
NOx readings can be calculated in mg/kWh, making it straightforward to check whether appliances meet European Directive limits — 56mg/kWh for gas and LPG, 120mg/kWh for oil — without converting from ppm manually. This is particularly useful on commercial installs where NOx emissions limits are part of the specification or building regulations sign-off.
Unlike the Standard Kit, where an NO sensor is only available as a later retrofit, this kit comes with the sensor already installed at the factory, alongside the same Bluetooth/IRDA printer as other Testo 300LL printer kits for instant on-site paper reports. Testo EasyHeat PC software is also included for data management and reporting on a PC.
The sensors are rated for up to 6 years of service life, and the 5.1" smart-touch HD display offers smartphone-style responsive operation. Bluetooth and WLAN connectivity allow wireless parallel measurement with Testo Smart Probes, and reports can be emailed via WLAN with a customer signature function. Integrated draught and gas zeroing means the probe doesn't need to be removed from the flue during zeroing. It's EN 50379 Parts 1-3 compliant and TÜV-tested to the German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV).
Having the NO sensor factory-fitted removes the need for a later retrofit, and automatic mg/kWh conversion saves working out ppm-to-directive-limit conversions by hand on site — genuinely useful for commercial installs where NOx compliance is part of the sign-off.
