The Testo 300+ Smart Kit gives the same domestic heating system measurements as the Advanced Kit — flow/return temperature, gas pressure and differential pressure alongside flue gas analysis — but uses wireless Bluetooth probes rather than wired clamps and hoses. Two Testo 115i pipe clamp thermometers attach to the flow and return pipes and transmit readings wirelessly to the analyser, so there are no cables running between the boiler and the instrument. A Testo 510i differential manometer measures gas pressure and differential pressure the same way.
All readings appear automatically on the Testo 300+ display and can be started and stopped together, with the whole session documented through the Testo Smart App, including second-screen viewing for monitoring the analyser from a distance. This wireless approach is particularly useful where cable runs would be awkward or where work is happening in a confined plant space.
The analyser itself carries the same 5-year O₂ and CO sensor life as the other Testo 300+ kits, an 8,000ppm CO range with hydrogen compensation and automatic pump shut-off, and 20% hydrogen blend readiness. It's EN50379-1 and EN50379-3 compliant, and BS 7967 compatible.
Going fully wireless removes the trailing cables and hoses that make wired setups awkward in confined plant spaces or where the flow and return pipes sit some distance from where the analyser needs to be positioned. The same 5-year sensor life, 8,000ppm hydrogen-compensated CO range and EN50379/BS 7967 compliance carry over from the rest of the range, so the Smart Kit isn't a trade-off — it's the same measurement capability as the Advanced Kit, just without cables.
