Bulkhead marine LPG regulator kit – two-stage, BS EN 16129 Annex M (marine) compliant, and EN 16436-1 class 3 high-pressure pigtail (working 30 bar / burst 90 bar). Butane nut type connection to the cylinder, 3/8" BSP female outlet, 30mbar, 1.5kg/h, 75mbar overpressure relief, reinforced diaphragms. Includes an integrated non-return / excess flow valve. Suitable for Calor propane and butane cylinders. Advisory label is provided for attachment to each hose.
The Cavagna Marine Bulkhead Kit includes all the parts you need for a marine grade bulkhead mounting of an LPG regulator (the two-stage regulator and the high-pressure pigtail). Designed to be installed at or close to where the LPG cylinder is stored in a lock box, the high-pressure pigtail connects the regulator to the LPG cylinder and the 3/8" BSP female outlet connects to your vessels low-pressure gas distribution piping.
The two-stage regulation ensures a constant 30mbar at the outlet regardless of how much gas remains in the cylinder – stage one reduces the pressure of the cylinder down to an intermediate pressure and then stage two reduces this intermediate pressure down to 30mbar. The pigtail is marked and constructed according to EN 16436-1 Class 3 - 6.3mm ID, 16.3mm OD, working pressure of 30 bar and bursting pressure of 90 bar. The pigtail also has a fully operational non-return / excess flow valve installed. An adhesive advisory label is attached to each hose. Meets BS EN 16129 Annex M (Marine) requirements.
