Description

Sievert 3537 Jewellers Gas Blow Torch Burner – Needle Flame | 8842 Burner & 3501 Neck Tube

The smallest Sievert nozzle - the best gas-and-air flame you can expect before needing to step up to oxy-gas for the really fine details. This thing comes in two parts: the 8842 needle point burner and 3501 neck tube, which clip directly onto any Sievert Pro handle you might have. In normal use, the flame is teeny-tiny - roughly the same size as a finely sharpened pencil. Soft soldering gets you to 400 degrees, and silver soldering to 615 degrees. 0.25kW of power, and you get 20g of gas per hour at 2 bar.

The 3537 is what pros in the jewellery trade reach for when they need the absolute finest precision with their Sievert Pro system. Pair the 8842 needle point burner with the 3501 Lightline neck tube, and you can attach the whole shebang to a Sievert Pro 86 (3486) or Pro 88 (3488) handle. You'll get an ultra-fine, super-stable needle flame roughly 1.5 inches long - and that's precise enough for making all sorts of intricate jewellery repairs, setting work, filigree, and any other sort of delicate gold and silver fiddly bits.

It's the smallest nozzle in the whole Sievert gas torch system - and its the smallest gas-and-air nozzle you can actually buy. For anything more precise, an oxy-gas system is what you need. Running at a miserly 20g/h at 2 bar - that means it wont break the bank even when you're working for hours on end. The 615°C silver soldering range covers just about everything you could possibly want to do with a flame that size
