Description

Sievert 2960 Roofing Burner – 296001 | 114kW | 60mm Pro Inox Stainless Steel | Pro 86/88

The top-of-range Pro 86/88 power burner — 114kW from a 60mm stainless steel head with external mixing pipe for a stormproof flame in all weather conditions. For field torching, bitumen membrane laying, drying, preheating and demanding heating applications. 8250g/h at 4 bar. For use with 3509, 3510 or 3511 neck tubes. Sievert recommend pairing with the Pro 88 handle (3488). A 4 bar regulator and 47kg cylinder are required.

The 2960 Pro Inox is the highest-output burner in the entire Sievert Pro 86/88 interchangeable burner range — 114kW from a 60mm stainless steel head at 4 bar. Where the brass power burners (2942, 2943, 2944) top out at 86kW, the 2960 delivers the output of a complete dedicated roofing torch system through the standard Pro 86/88 neck tube connection. The "Inox" designation refers to the stainless steel construction — more durable and corrosion-resistant than the brass power burners for sustained high-temperature roofing work.

Sievert specifically recommend the Pro 88 handle (3488) for use with the 2960 — the 3488's pilot flame economiser significantly reduces gas consumption between membrane passes at 8250g/h output. A 47kg propane cylinder is the minimum practical recommendation for sustained professional roofing use at this consumption rate.
