It’s made from polypropylene, and has a dovetail on the side so you can link clips together side by side, keeping parallel pipe runs evenly spaced and aligned. It has a safe operating temperature of 85°C for plumbing and gas pipe installations, as stated by the manufacturer. Screws aren’t included.
The clip holds pipe in position and isn’t intended for load-bearing use. Gas pipework must be installed by a suitably qualified, registered gas installer in accordance with the relevant standards.
