This product converts your current UK propane (POL) regulator or hose adapter to connect to the 21.8LH outlet on a Gaslow refillable propane tank. It has a green/yellow/red indicator for showing how full your propane tank is and it has built in leak detection. This will allow you to continue using your current propane regulator or hose by simply screwing it into the back of the adapter and tightening with a spanner. Simply attach the Gaslow propane refillable cylinder to the front of the adapter and you are good to go. Propane only.
The 01-4330 is the intermediate fitting for our customers who wish to switch from their normal UK propane exchange tanks to a Gaslow refillable propane tank. It allows them to use their existing propane regulator or hose with their new Gaslow propane refillable cylinder. There is no need for any additional fittings. The POL fitting on the front of the adapter matches up perfectly with the outlet on the Gaslow 21.8LH propane refillable cylinder. The propane regulator or hose that you normally have screwed into the back of the adapter now simply screws into the W20 or similar inlet on the back of the adapter and is tightened with a spanner. The green/yellow/red indicator shows you visually how much propane is left in your Gaslow cylinder based upon your usage. The adapter also serves as a leak test device so that you do not have to purchase anything else for this purpose.
Note: LPG (auto-gas) that is purchased at auto-gas filling stations is actually propane. If you are currently purchasing propane exchange tanks, this adapter will enable you to utilize your current propane regulator with your new Gaslow refillable propane cylinder without having to make any other adjustments. However, if you are currently utilizing a butane gas system, you will require a different type of adapter.
