A complete wall-mounted double propane regulator kit that has been designed for use with twin cylinder installations. This is a manual changeover system using OPSO protection when changing from one POL propane cylinder to another. A quick safe female coupling outlet allows you to integrate the Quicksafe Gas Rig. 37 mbar, 4 kg/h. It includes the wall-mounted regulator, 1/2" test point, 2 x POL pigtails, an emergency control plaque and the quick safe female coupling. NCASS recommends this product. It also meets the requirements of Liquid Gas UK CoP 24 Part 3. The product complies with EN 16129. A 2 year warranty applies to this product.
The single CSR485 kit simply enables you to connect one propane cylinder to a Quicksafe Gas Rig. The dual version of the same kit offers the added functionality of manually switching between two propane cylinders connected by the pigtails supplied with this kit. Once the active cylinder runs out of propane, the operator switches to the reserve cylinder while replacing the spent cylinder. Most fixed catering installation layouts require that the regulators are mounted against walls rather than being mounted directly onto the cylinder. The emergency control plaque displays a clear visual identification of the gas isolation point as mandated by Liquid Gas UK CoP 24 Part 3.
