Twelve-jet centre fire LPG burner for Chinese cookers, woks, barbecues, kebabs and stock pots. Twelve brass jets pointing inward - up to 62,400 BTU/h at low LPG pressure. Removable cast iron tube, 50% turndown, protective burner ring. Side inlet 1/2" BSP female. 8¼" (210mm) tube. Hamilton Gas Products.
The CF12 operates on the same centre fire principle as the CF9 - brass jets pointing inward to produce a hot, dense, concentrated flame - but with twelve jets rather than nine. The additional jets increase the combustion surface area and change the flame character slightly - the CF12 is preferred by some chefs for the heat distribution pattern it creates over larger wok bases. Both models have identical dimensions and the same 1/2" BSP female side inlet.
The cast iron tube is removable for cleaning. The protective burner ring prevents food spillage from reaching the jets, and individual jets are replaceable without removing the burner from the appliance. 50% turndown ratio for control from maximum output down to low simmer.
