Getting a steady, safe propane supply for a home, holiday home, caravan, or commercial setup across Ireland means having a regulator that not only regulates pressure but also protects against it going wrong. The Cavagna LPG Single Cylinder Gas Regulator Kit does both, with an integrated Over Pressure Shut Off (OPSO) system that automatically cuts gas flow if there's a risk of over-pressure, helping meet current Irish LPG safety standards.
Built for a single cylinder, the kit includes the Irish F-Valve (Butane Nut) connection, so it connects directly to any Irish Calor Gas or Flogas propane cylinder. It's supplied complete: regulator, galvanised pigtail, 3/8" BSP test point outlet, and mounting bracket. The 37mbar output gives a stable, low-pressure propane supply, and the whole kit is certified to EN 16129 for EU and Irish LPG safety compliance.
Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified, registered gas installer.
OPSO protection is what separates this from a basic regulator — it doesn't just control pressure, it actively shuts off supply if something goes wrong, which matters most in exactly the unattended or intermittent-use settings this kit is aimed at, like holiday homes and caravans. With the pigtail, bracket, and test point all included, it's a complete, EN 16129-certified installation in one box.
