A complete mobile catering LPG gas rig that offers an Automatic Changeover between two Cylinders. This product features Clesse's TR800 Auto-Changeover Regulator with OPSO, an adjustable cylinder stand (for both 19kg and 47kg Cylinders) which comes with two adjustable height settings; quick release snap on fittings; test adapt kit; pigtails; emergency control plaque; OPSO sealing wire; and leak detection fluid. A maximum Supply Capacity of up to 34kW is available. NCASS approved. Conforms to Liquid Gas UK Codes of practice 24 part 3. The stand, regulator and hose assemblies are covered under a 2 year warranty. Note the Quicksafe gas hose assemblies will need to be purchased separately.
All gas installations must be commissioned by a gas safe registered engineer. The Quicksafe Gas Rig is the only NCASS-approved pre-designed pipework system for mobile and static catering LPG installations. The Quicksafe Gas Rig also provides a full-compliant Liquid Gas UK code of practice 24 part 3 gas supply assembly within a single portable unit — i.e., all components including cylinder stand, automatic changeover regulator, test points, snap-on appliance connectors and emergency labelling are provided.
The Auto Changeover feature allows the operator to switch over from the active cylinder to the reserve cylinder when the active cylinder becomes exhausted — this is achieved without any interruption of gas flow to appliances. Once the reserve cylinder has been replaced with a new cylinder the operative simply resets the auto changeover function.
The Clesse TR800 Automatic Changeover regulator also contains OPSO — if the down-stream pressure exceeds the safe limit then the OPSO will close. The Adjustable Stand accommodates both 19kg and 47kg Cylinders and has Two height adjustments — no tools are required to assemble the stand.
Quick-release snap-on fittings are used on the Quicksafe Gas Rig allowing for easy connection and disconnection of appliances at the end of each service. The gas hose from the rig to appliance(s) must be purchased separately and should be chosen based on appliance inlet size and/or length of hose.
