Returns Information

At Hamilton Gas Products Ltd we want you to enjoy your purchase, which is why we have carefully selected our products for quality and value for money. We understand that from time to time mistakes can be made, or you just want to return something. So we've made our returns process as simple as possible.

If for any reason you are not happy with any item purchased from us, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund.

All we ask is that items returned to us must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging and in a saleable condition. Simply enclose a completed copy of our Returns Form with the item. You are required to pay for all return carriage costs.
