Q. How do I purchase a product online?
A. Find the product you wish to purchase. Add the quantity to the cart - Click, the Add to Cart button. Here you are taken to the Shopping Cart page. Once you have finished adding products to your cart, you can change the quantities of the products you have ordered. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select Check Out. Then select the invoice country i.e.. UK Mainland, Republic of Ireland etc.., if you require a different delivery address tick the box. Click Next and fill in your personal details, tick the box next to Terms & Conditions. Then select the type of shipping you wish. All our deliveries go on a 48 Hour service as standard and are free for all orders over £100.00 within the UK and Ireland. - Click Next. You now have the option to which payment method you wish to use - either Actinic Secure Payments or Paypal and both can be used by anyone. Select your choice and click next. Press next again and you will be taken to the selected payment providers page. Enter your details, and your order is complete. Q. Does the price of goods include VAT
A. No all prices exclude VAT. The current rate is 17.5%.

Q. Is it the same prices for a telephone as it is for an internet order?
A. Yes it is. Please feel free to call us on 028 9146 1111. We are available to take orders Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Q. How I do know if the product I wish to purchase is in stock?
A. Easy! Just click on the delivery tab of the product you require, you will be to able to see not only the delivery options but also the stock status.

A. Hamilton Gas Products Ltd is committed to supplying products of the highest quality. Each product comes with a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund.

Q. How can I order and pay for the products?
A. Products can be bought online, or if you prefer, by phone on 028 9146 1111 . For those of you who prefer to order by mail please send a cheque or Postal Order to us (Hamilton Gas Products Ltd) in pounds sterling. We accept Mastercard , Visa , Delta and Switch, Maestro and Paypal.

Q. I am Vat registered in the Republic of Ireland, will I be charged Vat.
A. No, provide you enter you Irish Vat number in the box at the checkout, if you do not have a Vat number you will be charged Vat at the UK rate of 17.5%.

Q. Why does Paypal say that my credit card or email address is attached to a Paypal account and ask for your Paypal password.
A. Paypal has recognised your credit card or email address being already attached to a Paypal account, therefore to add security to your account it asks additional questions. If you have forgotten your password you can ask Paypal to send it to yourself. Alternatively use a card and or an email address which is not connected to a Paypal account.

Q. Does Hamilton Gas Products Ltd deliver outside the UK and Ireland and how much does it cost?

Q. How much does delivery cost if my order is under £100.00
A. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. Hamilton Gas Products Ltd uses Royal Mail First Class Delivery and Parcelforce courier services.

Q. Can I Arrange A Before 12pm Delivery or a Saturday Delivery.
A. Sorry we currently do not offer these options.

Q. Is it safe to order products on the Internet?
A. Shopping is totally safe. Once you have finished shopping go to the check out fill in you details and delivery address. You then have a choice of method of payment - Actinic Secure Payments for credit cards or Paypal. Q.What currency do you use?
A.Payments are taken in UK sterling (GBP). If your purchasing from outside the UK, the GBP price will be converted to your own currency by your bank / card operator.

A. We try to despatch all Products within 1 business working day and 99% is usually in stock.

Q. How can I track my delivery?
A.. On the evening of dispatch you will be sent an email informing you of the dispatch of your products from our main couriers Parcelforce or Royal Mail. With this email you will receive tracking details for you parcels.
