What are the delivery costs and options?
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. Hamilton Gas Products Ltd uses Royal Mail First Class Delivery and DHL courier services.

First Class Royal Mail 1 - 3 working days £2.95 for orders below £100.00
DHL 48 Hour 2 working day £5.25 for orders below £100.00
DHL 24 Hour 1 working day £6.49 for orders below £100.00
All prices exclude Vat.
When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options.
Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. For example, the Royal Mail cannot deliver large items and DHL couriers do not offer a next-day service to some parts of the UK.

What if you're out when your order arrives?
If you're out when the postman calls, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your packaged order.
If your parcel is taken the the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.
If your parcel is taken to the nearest DHL courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
Some Royal Mail services and DHL couriers offer a Safe Place service. If this service is available, when you check out you can type in where you would like the postman to leave your parcel if you are not in when delivery is attempted.
You can put things like Please leave in the front porch or Behind the flowerpot
NEXT DAY DELIVERY Please place your orders by 12:00pm for next day delivery.
COLLECTION Orders can be collected from our trade counter in Bangor.

Northern Ireland £21.00 + VAT
Republic of Ireland £45.00 + VAT
Scotland Wales & England at cost + VAT
Orders for LESS than 3 coils of copper WILL INCUR A STANDARD CARRIAGE CHARGE, as will all single coils of MDPE in the following sizes 20mm, 25mm & 32mm, regardless of order size (this only applies to parcel deliveries and not pallet deliveries). 63mm MDPE will be charged at cost - no exceptions.
