Gas Minder III Commercial Kitchen Gas Interlock System Kit (ISP-2) complies with the mandatory requirement (BS 6173: 2001) for commercial kitchens. The IP56 rated control unit ensures there is no gas flow to burners unless air extraction is present. A gas solenoid valve is not supplied with this kit, and needs to be purchased in addition.
