Cadac Leisure Chef 57cm

The CADAC Leisure Chef is the 57cm addition to the popular CADAC Chef Range of portable barbecues with interchangeable tops. With 50% more cooking area than the Carri Chef, it is the ideal alternate to the charcoal kettle BBQs. It has a half pressed grid, coated in matt vitreous enamel for easy cleaning and a half reversible ribbed and flat sided non-stick griddle for a choice of meal preparations from breakfasts to grilling, frying and indirect cooking. Additional surfaces can be bought as optional accessories to make a combination of cooking surfaces. Included with the Leisure Chef is the famous CADAC skottel top. The unit works from a refillable LP gas cylinder (not included) which can be housed neatly in the centre of the condiment tray which is attached to the base of the unit. The removable fat pan and drip cup for excess fat, helps to keep the BBQ clean and makes for easier cleaning. The lid can also be hooked onto the side of the BBQ to act as a windshield and frees both hands for cooking.

Includes three interchangeable cooking surfaces: the reversible half round ribbed and flat griddle and the half round pressed BBQ grid, which is ideal for fat-free barbecuing of meat, fish, chicken or vegetables.

BBQ DOME
The BBQ dome lid acts as a windshield by hooking on to the side of the BBQ or skottel and is fitted with a convenient stay cool handle at the top of the dome.
